Why Connect2Grow Was Founded

Mission & Vision

Connect 2 Grow offers high-quality, person-centred support through a unique lens of lived experience. Founder and Director, Stacey, lives with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and vision impairment and is also a proud parent of four neurodivergent children. Her personal journey navigating multiple NDIS plans highlighted a key gap in the system — the lack of tools to help participants truly understand and manage their own funding.

Through this experience, Stacey realised how empowering it was to access and understand her own NDIS plan independently, without constantly relying on providers for funding updates. This insight inspired the creation of a user-friendly portal designed to give participants clarity, confidence, and control.

Stacey’s vision was to create a platform that doesn’t just manage numbers it builds independence. By centralising funding information, tracking supports, and providing clear insights, participants can make informed decisions about their services and feel confident in how their plan is managed. The portal bridges the gap between participants, providers, and coordinators, making collaboration seamless while keeping control firmly in the hands of the participant.

Every feature of Connect 2 Grow reflects Stacey’s commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. From intuitive dashboards to automated reminders, the tools are designed to reduce administrative stress and give participants the freedom to focus on what matters most their goals and wellbeing. It’s more than software; it’s a resource that empowers people to navigate the NDIS system with clarity and confidence.
